So someone has signed me up for the mailing list of the Republican National Committee. I just got an "autographed" picture of George Bush today, with a request for a donation. Yeah, that'll happen.

It did get me to go online a look for material making fun of George Bush. I found this on a site called www.toostupidtobepresident.com. How had I not found this before? I laughed and laughed and laughed. This was also hysterical, especially if you watched The Apprentice like I did. The resemblance of Condescending Rice to Omarosa is astonishing. And no, I don't mean because they are both African American women. I mean it because they are both lying b*tches.

Finally, this person is insane.

I was talking to dad last night and we were reminiscing about the good old days at Dodger Stadium. $3.50 box seats, $1.00 hot dogs, those definitely were the good old days. He talked about the time Rob set fire to a Giants pennant in the bleachers. You'd get arrested for that today. I actually don't remember that incident, however I do remember Rob barfing his guts out outside the Crab Cooker Restaurant in Newport Beach when we were kids. He wasn't arrested for that either.

Rob did send this website along. Pretty bleeping funny.

Finally I added the ability to comment on the brilliance of my posts...

I was at work and realized I needed a cool signature line for my email. I don't know how many of you have seen CoolSig.com. Anyway, I've posted a few in the poll, vote on which you like best.

So I was watching Shadow of a Doubt on Turner Classic Movies last night. What a great Hitchcock film. I recommend it highly. What struck me though was that when the main character went to visit his sister, they showed him being served breakfast in bed! Now I've been many times to Kathy and Joan's and I can assure you I was NEVER served breakfast in bed. What's up with that? Never mind that the main character was a serial murderer....

After whining about not being able to get my wine site going because I couldn't get the java script to run, I figured out what I was doing wrong. The RSS feed I was running wasn't valid! It had been valid, so I hadn't thought to run it through a feed validator again. Once I did that, I realized I hadn't saved the feed in an XML format. Doh!

Anyway, I'm sitting here doing my taxes and listening to Osmondmania!. I think I'm going insane...

So I'm STILL trying to get my wine site going. I for some reason can't get a javascript to run on the damn site. It ran for a bit and then stopped working. Anyone who has any thoughts about how to fix please contact me. My web host has been no help (maybe I need to spend more than 8 bucks a month).

So in absence of that... this cracked me up (I kinda feel guilty about the fact that I laughed). My favorite April Fools story was here. And for stupid advertising ideas, look no further than here.

I know many of us saw Condescending Rice appear before the 9/11 panel this am. There was a column in today's Mercury News that speaks volumes of her lack of empathy.

Basement is coming along, I'll post more pictures soon.
