Scare tactics

This slays me. Bush is accusing Kerry of "shameless scare tactics" by suggesting that the president would jeopardize Social Security for older Americans and bring back the military draft for young people.

This is the same President who trotted out his Monkey Boy, Tom Ridge, right after the Democratic Convention to announce a high risk of terror attacks based on info that was years old.
